Paying Rent
Rent is due on the first of the month and will be assessed a late fee if it arrives on or after the 6th.
Payment can be made via Google Pay to nhall1313@gmail.com (preferred) or by cash or check at 510 South Queen Street, Martinsburg, WV, 25401.
Setting Up Your Utilities
Please contact the following utility providers on or before your move-in date in order to put the utilities in your name.

Procedures for Repairs
If something goes wrong or needs to be repaired in your unit, please use the contact form on this page to let us know.
If we are unable to resolve the issue ourselves, we will ask that you call one of the following service providers to schedule a convenient time for your repair. We have existing accounts with these companies, so they will understand that they should perform the service and bill us directly.
